James Perkins, CSP serves as the CEO of CASM and leads the team in Operations, Sales, Recruiting, and Service Delivery. He started his Staffing Career in 1995 and has had the opportunity to work just about every position in the Employment Industry. Most recently he served as the Vice President of Staffing for a global aviation service company. He currently serves as the Vice President on the Board of Directors of the Georgia Staffing Association. He received his Bachelor’s degree from Brigham Young University and has had the good fortune to continue his education, learning from first class organizations. He is an alumnus of Miller Heiman Strategic Selling and is passionate about uniting talent with opportunity. Mr. Perkins is based in Atlanta, Ga. where he lives with his wife and 6 children.
Justin Godwin currently serves as the Director of Operations for CASM. As the Director of Operations, he will manage the day to day operations and drive continuous improvement within the organization. Prior to CASM, Justin served 13 honorable years in the United States Army in numerous operational and leadership positions. His career consisted of three combat deployments in support of the war on terror and commanding two Army Recruiting centers in the greater Atlanta area. Justin has very strong core values that were instilled in him and is highly focused on operational excellence at every level. As a Disabled Veteran, Justin is passionate about veteran outreach and giving back to the veteran community. Most recently, Justin worked for a global aviation service company in a strategic management capacity. Justin earned his undergraduate degree from Liberty University in Interdisciplinary Studies with a focus in Business and Government. Justin currently resides south of Atlanta with his wife and daughter.
As General Manager of Sales, Mike leads the sales efforts for CASM. A passionate advocate for the Aviation industry, Mike’s diverse experience spans two decades and includes multiple roles with a variety of responsibilities, including: Branch Management, Director of Operations, and most recently, as Manager of Business Development for a top aviation staffing company, where he was responsible for the restructuring of the organization’s sales and marketing programs. Mike’s knowledge and love of the aviation industry, coupled with his experience in sales and customer service, served as a catalyst to deliver record revenue and profits over a five-year period. Mike attended the University of West Georgia and Gordon College, where he graduated with a degree in History. Mike resides south of Atlanta, Georgia, with his wife and two daughters.
Kenneth M. Godwin is the Vice President of Technical Operations for CASM. In this role, Kenneth will have functional responsibility in creating aircraft modification teams, business development, and building customer relations. Kenneth is a big advocate for maintaining a safe environment in the work place and strives to build a safety culture for CASM. While managing a successful team at a major airline, Kenneth incorporated project lean management techniques and streamlining processes which are still being used today. Kenneth began working in aviation in 2011 and quickly advanced from an aviation technician to other important roles such as lead, supervisor, and program manager. He has performed various structural and avionics modifications as well as manage numerous high skilled modification teams in the aviation industry. Kenneth resides south of Atlanta with his wife and 4 kids. He enjoys spending time with his family, golfing, and traveling.
