James Perkins, CSP serves as the CEO of CASM and leads the team in Operations, Sales, Recruiting, and Service Delivery. He started his Staffing Career in 1995 and has had the opportunity to work just about every position in the Employment Industry. Most recently he served as the Vice President of Staffing for a global aviation service company. He currently serves as the Vice President on the Board of Directors of the Georgia Staffing Association. He received his Bachelor’s degree from Brigham Young University and has had the good fortune to continue his education, learning from first class organizations. He is an alumnus of Miller Heiman Strategic Selling and is passionate about uniting talent with opportunity. Mr. Perkins is based in Atlanta, Ga. where he lives with his wife and 6 children.
Kenneth M. Godwin is the Vice President of Technical Operations for CASM. In this role, Kenneth will have functional responsibility in creating aircraft modification teams, business development, and building customer relations. Kenneth is a big advocate for maintaining a safe environment in the work place and strives to build a safety culture for CASM. While managing a successful team at a major airline, Kenneth incorporated project lean management techniques and streamlining processes which are still being used today. Kenneth began working in aviation in 2011 and quickly advanced from an aviation technician to other important roles such as lead, supervisor, and program manager. He has performed various structural and avionics modifications as well as manage numerous high skilled modification teams in the aviation industry. Kenneth resides south of Atlanta with his wife and 4 kids. He enjoys spending time with his family, golfing, and traveling.
